Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Canada

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): FREE for orders over $50. Flat rate of $9.99 for orders under $50.
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Priority Overnight: Available for select locations. Please call us to arrange urgent medical shipments.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship to Canada and the United States. For inquiries regarding shipping to other countries, please contact our support team. Note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Oracle by EZ Health is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
